  • In order to process the payment over the phone, AT&T Universal wanted a $14.95 fee to process a $0.50 balance. Yeah, I declined. #
  • Just discovered our bank made a withdrawal error to the tune of $7500. And here I was wondering, Do I really spend like crazy? Um, NO. #
  • Usually when I lose my temper with a service rep I apologize. Not this time. #
