Why is it called “Nobody Knows Anything”? It’s a quote from writer William Goldman, ostensibly about working in Hollywood, but actually this phrase applies to just about any person doing any thing any time in the history of humanity. Nobody knows what they’re doing. This is actually fabulous news: we can help each other and try new things, because nobody knows what’s going to happen as a result.
