Simon, yesterday:

Sophia, me, and Mommy will move to New York and Daddy will stay here. So I can go to the museums.

I guess he liked New York after all. I’m a little worried about how cavalier he is about consigning Daddy to being here by himself, though.

    Well, you three are welcome to move to NY any time you like. You can even bring Darin. :) NYC has enough museums to keep Simon busy for quite a while. And when he gets bored of those, there all the hot dog and halal vendors. A veritable paradise.

    (Simon’s probably just thinking Darin would have to keep his job, so hey, better leave him behind. Very practical kid you got there.)
