Running news:
4.2 miles.

So, like, I went for my run this morning, while it was still overcast and a decent temperature. I came back, played on the 'puter some, and got a phone call from Rob, who wanted to discuss our plans for a run in late July and was Darin there? I checked on Darin, who was still asleep--pretty understandable, it was only 9 on Saturday. I told Rob I'd tell him when he woke up.

I had breakfast, played on the computer a little more, then went downstairs. Darin was getting up and he asked, "Do you want to shower first, or should I?" I told him to go ahead, and I snuck into his place in the bed, which was still nice and toasty-warm.

4 hours later, I woke up and wondered what the hell had happened.

Linda stopped by--she was in the neighborhood and wanted to drop off my Amazon coffee cup that I'd left at her house. We chatted some about her morning meeting (for a promotional video writing job) and then she asked about my morning. When I told her what happened, she said, "You're pregnant."

I tell Linda about any bizarre behavior on my part, she tells me I'm pregnant. So far it hasn't happened to be true.

Because of my extra-long sleeping hours, I didn't get much done today--by the time I got started, it was time to go to dinner with Fernando and Nancy. We had such a good time at Iwata Sushi on Wednesday that we headed back there tonight.

We ordered way too much food. I ate way too much. How do I know? I am not tempted by the idea of consuming Ben & Jerry's. That's how full I am.

Oy.

After Fernando and Nancy left, Darin and I took a walk and stopped at the Great Greek, where Darin picked up an order of rice pudding for his dessert. I just enjoyed the night air, which was slightly cool but not chilly. I did not enjoy the bugs, which from time to time I'm still finding on me. Yuck.

Darin says I'd better not pass on this bugphobia to any children that we might have.

That I am not currently having, that is.
