The quote of the day:
Two years ago: We cram in a car to see The Negotiator. Three years ago: Weekend in Northern California. Four years ago: I define "bummage." Today's news question:What is Tiger Woods likely to do at the PGA Championship this year? Besides win, I mean. (Don't send me your answers. This is just a little way to expand your horizons. Honest.) |

You know what's evil? The chips in children's toys that play music over and over and over again. The mechanical swing Sophia likes so much plays a tinny, mechanized version of "London Bridge Is Falling Down" and I have it stuck in my brain.
What makes Darin crazy is that it shouldn't be that hard for children's toys to play relatively decent music.
The answer to yesterday's question: Richard Cheney is, of course, George W. Bush's choice for a running mate in the 2000 Presidential race. (Note I've skipped over the Republican nomination part. Can we get rid of the conventions already? Talk about anachronistic money-sinks.) Cheney was also the Secretary of Defense under Dubya's dad, George H. W. Bush. |
