I agree with you.  One meal at dinner- full of nutritious choices.  You don&#039;t have to eat it, but you have to try it and there are no alternative meals.  If you get hungry later, it&#039;s carrot sticks and celery with peanut butter.

About your daughter&#039;s asparagus turn-around. Isn&#039;t that frustrating?  My eldest loved artichokes until last year.  Now, she avoids them like the plague and complains when I steam them.  Oh well...</description>
